Carrigaline: Big Town, Big Insulation Opportunity

Carrigaline is Cork's largest satellite town — home to over 16,000 people and still growing. With new estates around Herons Wood, Waterpark, and Glenwood alongside established areas like Church Hill and The Pottery Road, Carrigaline has a massive range of housing stock.

Newer builds (post-2015) generally have decent insulation, but many homes from the 1990s-2000s building boom — which makes up much of Carrigaline — have attic insulation below current standards. Top-ups qualify for SEAI grants.
